September's menu features Italy and Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. An enchanted city sanctuary in the midst of Florence, where an art-filled Renaissance palazzo and conventino frame a centuries-old private park. To celebrate this extraordinary region, YEW has ordered a select shipment of Antinori's Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Chianti Classico region in the heart of Tuscany. This Olive Oil pays tribute to the richness of the Chianti countryside and its 100-year old traditions of agriculture, wine-growing and producing. This experience can only be found at one location in North America... tableside at YEW.
