Great Food on Granville - Eat it, Cook it!

Nestled in Vancouver’s premier shopping mall Pacific Centre and adjacent to the prestigious Holt Renfrew, sits the Culinaria restaurant, one of Vancouver’s exciting dining experiences. Proudly operated by The Art Institute of Vancouver, Culinaria features Pacific North West cuisine with an international flair inspired and created by student chefs under the leadership of industry professionals. Open for lunch only Monday to Friday, 11 am to 2 pm and also available for evening private functions, Culinaria showcases the talents and creativity of the culinary program’s senior students in a contemporary dining environment.

The tantalising lunch menu includes Hot Artichoke dip with spinach and blue cheese ($4.95), Pan Seared Ling Cod ($10.95) and New York Steak Sandwich ($10.95). Finish it off with Lemon Panacotta, Rustic Apple Cranberry Tart, Chocolate Creme Brulee, or Chocolate cake with caramel sauce, your choice for $5.95. Reservations are recommended.
